WELCOME!

I am a writer, editor, and translator based in New York City. I translate Russian/ German > English. My range includes literature and academic articles as well as commercial and technical texts.

I hold a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Mathematics and German Studies from the University of Chicago. 

In 2011, I won Academia Rossica's Young Translator Award, and in 2015 I received an Honorable Mention in the Ezra Pound Literary Translation contest at the University of Pennsylvania.
